For the 🖤 of Fa(t)shion

You know how they say when you can’t have something you want it more? I feel like that is what lead to my love for fashion. My ENTIRE life has been a struggle with my weight. I feel like what was most frustrating to me was being unable to find the things I wanted to wear in my size. I was always directed towards matronly, baggy, unflattering clothes. There were soooooo many times I just made my own clothes or even Halloween costumes. What I wanted just did not exist even though it was readily available to sizes 10 and below. I’ve ranged in sizes 12-18 from my teenage years until now and only in the last few years has fashion caught up to the world around it. I feel like this part of my blog is me catching up on all of the styles that I missed out on in the past. The clothing that wasn’t made in my size because I was fatshamed by fashion is now in its full glory and rolling hot off the presses. In turn expect from me posts ranging from my personal style to unexpected inspired by styles. My honest opinions and recommendations will also be making an appearance. Lastly even though more styles are now available that won’t stop me from creating and recreating looks in classic DIY fashion. I am personally extremely eclectic so welcome to my rollercoaster fashion ride. 🖤
